KN Root Beer and more turkeys

This trip was gonna require me to be a taxi driver, turkey caller, baby sitter, and uncle. My nephew Keeton has been asking for a couple years to take him to shoot a turkey and we just haven't been able to line it up but this weekend we made it work. Two in the hand is better than one in the bush. That's the text I got from Nate when I told him I shot two jakes but the big Tom hung up in the brush. Opening Day Turkey Season

It wasn't the start I hoped for but baseball got in the way and we missed the morning hunt. After a stop for food and gas we got to camp at 10:00 AM. I had a big crew with me Saturday.
